Why do you deserve to have it?: Personally I think I would deserve the role of an Admin or Moderator because:
Despite being new to the game, I have already helped to advertise to my fellow friends on a large website. The site is not only for RolePlay so lots of other people may come and see and introduce themselves to the world of roleplay.
I think I would be a good choice because, I take time and effort over my posts and think about how I can potentially involve other players. I can offer help to new players and encourage them to try more adventurous things in the RP world, by this I mean I can open a thread to offer advice. Here I could give tips, advice, answer questions and give lists of helpful phrases and ways to describe: surroundings, horses, communication and thoughts.
Towards players, I think I can offer a friendly shoulder to turn to. I will always be available for questions, to back up my idea above. I would be willing to open a series of one on one threads, this would help new players to settle in and get a general idea on how to roleplay. Through this I could also teach at the same time.
Despite my friendly ways, I can always be stern and make sure people abide by the rules. I will either PM with a kind note if they are bypassing rules or need some guidance to behave, this will cover things from: being rude and not respecting others, making sure forms are filled in properly and many other small things which could cause a problem.
Above I have stated why I think I would be a good member of staff, if you would like an additional information please feel free to ask me.
How long have you been with us?: Although I have not been here long, within the first 10 minuets I had told people about this site. I am hoping to help with the site and get it up and running, by looking around my first impression was very god. I liked the way I could navigate without a problem and everything I needed was clearly set out. As I said I have been RolePlaying for a while, and my vocabulary and phrasing has come on greatly, I think my knowledge even as a new member could help the site.
