Navis This is the site where a mysterious shipwrecked boat was found. No one knows how it got here or why it was here. This boat is at the center of Frigida. It is just outside Faemultum, before you get into Glacies. The wood from this ship is old and rickety. No horse would dare try to walk on it. it lays on it's side, half of it is already subject to decay. It would make a decent place to foal or hide things that a herd would not want taken by the little predators that dared live here or be stolen by another herd. This boat has almost a ghostly look and feel to it. Most would say that it was creepy and odd but to those who understood it's beauty it was art. |

Glacies Only snow and ice cover this place for miles. Not even a lone rock sticking out from the snow, not a single hill or mountain. This is purely a barren wasteland. To try and cross it would be a sure death sentence. A herd could chase an unwanted visitor into this land or an exiled herd member to die. This land in almost impossible to live on. The grass here is buried deep and is frozen. The only water here is the snow. Though it would be impossible to live here full time, horses could come here for short periods for whatever reason and be fine. As long as they don't get lost.... |

Faemultum The snow and the ice here is shallow. Little shrubs, grasses, herbs and mosses dapple the land. Living here is relatively easy compared to the rest of Frigida. Grazing here is hard, but doable. This land could support a small herd for quite a while. The water here is flowing and icy cold. Here it is cold enough for snow to cover the ground but warm enough to grow grasses and have flowing water. Many would say that it is beautiful and stunning. The sunsets are a breathtaking array of colors and the sky is almost always a perfect shade of cloudless blue but, it comes with a price. Some would say that this price is much to high a cost for such beauty. What is this cost you ask? this cost could be a horses health or even life if they are not careful. |

Montibus This place is what it sounds like, mountainous. This is the only place in all of Frigida that is not covered with snow. These mountains stretch along the side of the region. They protect it from certain weather disasters but they also seal the cold in for most of the year. These mountains are impossible to cross, the freezing temperatures only get colder the farther you attempt to trek over them but, the bottoms of these mountains are a nice relief from the icy snow that surrounds them. |
