You are now allowed to have a spirit character but, they must be purchased at the store (they are expensive)
Herds now own entire lands
Example: Xato and Lycan now own all of Timur.
I do this so we don't have a billion herd with only two or three horses in them. If all the lands are taken by herds, I will create a land that cannot be claimed so that loners may live in peace. Or, if all the lands are taken by herds and others wish to make another herd, I will make another land for them to claim but, this is not encouraged. I would rather your characters join a herd that has already been created if all the lands have been taken or become loners but, if you've created a plot for the char to have a herd then I will.
Please do not create characters with the intention of them owning a herd. In other words, do not create a character for the sole purpose of them having a herd. They will not be accepted if you do.
